Ari Peltola leads Oracle’s organization with the Deep Leadership philosophy. He credited the company’s steady flow of new challenges in the international business, which employed over 100,000 people at the time, as key to its dynamic leadership environment. 
 

Deep Leadership® coaching became a central part of Oracle’s leadership culture. Initially introduced to a few executives, it quickly expanded to the entire leadership team, and eventually all supervisors and employees. 

  

By the time of the case study, nearly all managers and half of Oracle’s 225 employees had completed the coaching, embedding Deep Leadership® into performance discussions and leadership practices.
