The person has not previously received 360° feedback on the working environment or it is more than two years since the previous 360° feedback was collected. Also suitable for experienced managers who are updating their skills to meet current and future management needs.

THE TARGET GROUP OF THE COACHING

The first longer-term management training for a manager or specialist, when there is a need to build up skills before taking on management responsibilities or when starting in a management role without previous management training or experience. It is also suitable for experts who want to build up their skills for future assignments. The person has not previously received 360° feedback on the work environment or it is more than two years since the previous 360° feedback was collected. Also suitable for experienced managers who are updating their skills to meet current and future management needs.

THE MAIN OBJECTIVE AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TRAINING

After the coaching, the participant will know what is required for good leadership and what basic tools the manager has at their disposal. The participant will be aware of their own leadership/performance strengths and areas for development and will have developed a development plan for themselves to implement in their own work. The coaching programme is spread over a period of 3-7 months. The final schedule will be agreed in the most beneficial way for the client. The participant will be provided with practical tools and management skills

  • Challenging situations in leadership (cases from participants and discussed in a leadership clinic) => e.g. time management, prioritisation (including delegation)
  • Sparring on personal leadership challenges with the help of a sociogram
  • Values and corporate culture
  • Strategic leadership in your own day-to-day management
  • Successful development and goal-setting discussions

The topics covered in the training will be dealt with in an interactive and practical way. The trainer will highlight concrete models and practical examples to generate insights for the participants. Learning exercises between the training days will ensure that the lessons learned are put into practice.
