Deep Leadership® is an open coaching program suitable for individuals seeking to develop both personally and professionally. The program’s primary goal is to help individuals develop their critical evaluation of their own behavior and improve their interpersonal skills. The aim is to guide participants to discover their hidden potential. This program provides a sustainable foundation for self-directed growth and development as a person, expert, and leader.
The program's diverse participants and their experiences enable practical and hands-on exchange of ideas. The program consists of four shared remote coaching days interspersed with remote coaching sessions where participants receive personalized coaching utilizing a learning environment.
This program is equivalent to 5 ECTS credits and can be recognized as part of several university and university of applied sciences degree programs.
Participants receive two personalized 360-degree feedback reports, based on which development plans are created. In conjunction with the first profile feedback, each participant has the opportunity for a one-hour personal coaching session with a coach.
The participation fee for the program is 950 euros (VAT included). If multiple individuals from your organization participate, please ask for our offer. The price includes shared coaching sessions, personal profile discussions, personalized remote coaching, and coaching materials in electronic format.
